We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, please email your exchange request to info@visionwaveoptical.ae, with “Exchange” as the subject. Include the following in your message:

• Order reference number
• Product details of the item you wish to exchange
• Reason for exchange
• New product you want in exchange

You have 7 days from receiving your item to request an exchange. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

For sunglasses or frames, return them undamaged with all parts and accessories. For contact lenses, the packaging must remain unopened.

We offer one-time product replacement only. A courier will collect the returned item, and we’ll ship the new one within 1-2 business days. The first exchange is free of charge.

• The new item will be shipped once we receive the returned product. Eyewear comes with a one-year warranty. Vision Wave Optical reserves the right to change delivery policies at any time.
