How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, email us at info@visionwaveoptical.ae with:
✉️ Subject Line: “Exchange Request – [Order Number]”
📦 Required Details:
✔ Order reference number
✔ Product details (item to exchange)
✔ Reason for exchange
✔ New product requested

Important Conditions:

🔹 Unused items only (original packaging required).
🔹 Sunglasses/Frames: Must be undamaged with all accessories.
🔹 Contact Lenses: Unopened packaging only.

Exchange Process

1️⃣ Request Approval: We’ll confirm via email.
2️⃣ Free Pickup: Our courier collects the return (first exchange free).
3️⃣ New Shipment: Your replacement ships in 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
